Join Brooke as she guides you through a breathwork journey where you can break through old patterns and reconnect to the inner guidance, clarity and trust that resides within you.
With an intentional and guided practice, breathwork can provide a transformative experience giving way to an awakening of your inner beauty and truth.
How does breathwork work?
Breathwork is a body-focused form of meditation. By consciously changing your breathing, you will quiet your mind, become deeply grounded in the present moment, and connect to your body, your energy, your heart, and your Spirit.
What does a breathwork session look like?
We start the session in a seated position for a short, grounding meditation.
After the opening meditation I will demonstrate the breathing method and explain some of the fun things that might happen.
Then you lie down on a mat or blanket for the breathwork.
You'll want to wear comfortable clothing since you’ll be lying down for the breathwork.
What to bring:
A yoga mat
Water for after the session
Socks (optional) Breathwork can make us chilly
An eye mask (optional)
The breathwork is divided into three parts – Meditation, active breathing, followed by a rest period.
After breathing, we will come back together and you will have some time to integrate, ask questions or share your experience, if that feels right for you.
*Important* Please don't eat or drink anything 30 minutes before the session. If we eat too close to breathing we may feel nauseous.
