Women's Circle - Spring Equinox

Every March, the Northern Hemisphere welcomes Spring, the season of renewal, balance and cleansing. Flowers bloom and trees begin to grow and reproduce. The days grow longer and the temperature in most areas becomes warmer.  

Spring is the time of starting fresh 🌱  

Us humans are connected to nature, we are cyclical beings and feel the effects of the seasons. That's what makes this the perfect opportunity for us to start fresh- cleaning out the old and welcoming in the new.  

You will be guided through a powerful breathwork practice with the intention of clearing out old, stagnate energy to create space for new blessings in your life this season. 

As well as a guided meditation and journaling practice for you to ground in your desires and your future version of yourself.
